    1. It’s the responsibility of the talent hunter to fully understand the role to be filled and its role within the organisational structure.
    2. The talent hunter should ask searching questions beyond the job specification presented to them to get the FULL picture.
    3. Time is a currency and cannot be wasted: the right fleshed out brief and job specification produced in collaboration with the client and talent hunter will produce best results.
    4. A talent hunter who doesn’t challenge the brief can’t possibly have enough information to conduct the search well. As an employer, you do want the pick of the crop, don’t you?
    5. Identification of personality traits and strengths of the new hire needs discussing and the dynamics of the people-element of the current team understood.
    6. A sharp talent hunter will spot the gaps in the brief and ask the right questions!
    7. Talent should be met by the talent hunter before the shortlist of candidates is presented to the client.

Our video interview service showcases the candidate in visual and audio form and we present the video with the traditional CV and our observations to the client. We ask pre-agreed questions from the client, capture it on film and send it to you.
