  3. Step 3Interview best candidates - We save you time by ensuring that you only meet the best candidates for the role. In essence, you only conduct the second stage of the interview process rather than waste time meeting unsuitable applicants.
  4. Step 4How we'll know you're happy - We make sure the new member of staff is making the right progress by keeping in touch with both the new employee and the employer on a regular basis for at least 6 months to ensure the process is on track or has exceeded your expectations.
